Do you travel nationally/internationally?

Do you travel nationally/internationally?

Yes, and we love traveling! Travel is included in our destination wedding packages. As for regular sessions, we would just charge for transportation and accommodation. Also, check out our travel plans and if it coincides with yours, travel fees are waived!

What is your rescheduling / cancellation policy?

For regular sessions: we are flexible with rescheduling for weather purposes depending on our availability, however if you decide to reschedule for any other reason it will be a $75 rescheduling fee and depend on our availability. In the event of a cancellation, you will lose the non-refundable 50% retainer.

For weddings: The retainer will be applied to a rescheduled date if notice is given at least 3 months prior to your original wedding date, with a $500 rescheduling fee. The new date must be within same calendar year. A new retainer will be made if the date change is made within 1 month before original agreed upon date. 

When will we receive our photos?

Regular sessions are delivered within 2 weeks from the day of your shoot. Weddings are delivered within 12 weeks from your wedding day.

We are awkward in front of the camera, can you help?

We have been enough times in front of the camera to know and remember exactly how it feels like, and we promise, it will NOT feel awkward, at all. We balance between talking with you, directing you and simply letting you be, and we promise the result will be so natural. Instead of remembering what got you into "a pose", you will remember a real moment, a real feeling. Many of our clients tell us they sometimes forget they are in front of a camera when they're with us.

Do you send all of the unedited photos / footage upon request?

For Video: There is an add-on to receive the entire video footage of your wedding day/weekend so you can relive every little moment in real time.

For Photo: We only deliver a beautifully curated gallery of professionally edited photos in high resolution. You will love every single one of them. It's all about quality, not quantity!

Can you keep our photos private?

By default, we retain full copyright ownership of all the photos and videos we capture and create. This allows us exclusive rights to modify, reproduce, distribute, and display the images and videos. However, we understand that privacy is important, and we offer a couple of options to accommodate your preferences.

Firstly, we can provide you with control over what is being shared online by adding specific clauses to our contract. We can discuss your specific privacy requirements and ensure that only approved images are shared or displayed publicly. Alternatively, if you prefer to have complete ownership and control over the images, we can arrange a copyright transfer at an additional fee on top of our creative services. 

Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities, so feel free to discuss these options with us, and we'll work together to find the best solution that aligns with your preferences and needs.
