Gaby and Bryan’s wedding at Son Marroig was truly out of this world. Perched on a cliff with the stunning backdrop of Mallorca, the sparkling Mediterranean Sea, and the timeless historic estate (once owned by Archduke Ludwig Salvator of Austria), the day was all about the people they cherish most—just 50 of their closest friends and family.

They chose a design that honored the venue’s natural beauty, opting for simple yet elegant decor that wouldn’t overpower the drama of the landscape. Inspired by a discreet, elevated French aesthetic, the color palette embraced the muted tones of the Mediterranean: soft beige, greens, ivory, and delicate accents of gold. Elegant white calla lilies, the bride’s favorite flower, were the floral highlight, adding a touch of sophistication and romance to every arrangement.

The couple was committed to creating an unforgettable, intimate experience, turning to Michelin-starred chef Andreu Genestra to craft a menu that was as refined as the setting itself. They went small to go grand, focusing on an exquisite degustation that left a lasting impression. Guests dined at a long royal table, beautifully lit by hanging chandeliers that transformed the outdoor space into an elegant dining room under the open sky. Gaby’s family owns the renowned Schnebly Winery in Florida, where they cultivate a deep appreciation for exquisite flavors and intimate gatherings. This connection to her family’s vineyard added a special layer to their wedding celebration, blending the richness of wine country with the breathtaking beauty of Mallorca, making their day even more memorable and reflective of their roots.
