"F*** it, let's get married", thought Patty and Luis Jose, and so I married them. Yep, you read that right. ✨⁠

They had been engaged for more than two years and they were tired of waiting and planning the "unplannable". While they were visiting their families in Florida over the holidays (from New York), they realized the best time to get married might be right here, right now. ⁠

They set the date two weeks before their wedding day. Then they got married in Patty's family backyard with their parents as wedding guests/witnesses and me as their photographer/officiant as a Florida Public Notary.⁠

It was my first time at an intimate backyard wedding AND officiating a marriage, so I can't even begin to tell you how I felt! I pinched myself a few times to remind myself all of it was real.⁠
